What is E.tv?:

E.tv is an Entertainment Video Sharing lika a YouTube but for Entertainment ONLY. E.tv allows users to watch and share videos with other users. Unlike YouTube, Metacafe and other video sharing sites, we do weekly contests where the users and visitors RATE videos and can earn money and prices.

is E.tv a free service?:

Yes it is a totally free service for everybody. The users of E.tv can host, watch and share videos for free.

I forgot my password:

If you forgot your password simply go to the LOGIN page and on the section where you type your username and password, you will find: "Forgot your password?" click there and input your email address. We will send an email to you with password.

In order to activate the cookies, you must come thus in the Internet Explorer program:

What do I have to do to upload my videos?:

In order to upload videos you have to register with E.tv. Once you´ve registered yourself you will have the option "Upload Video", it will request name of the video in your hard disk, title and add description. You will be able to share with the world (public) or only with users that you choose.

What´s maximum lenght allowed for your videos?:

It depends of the quality of your video, but the maximum size is of 200 MB around 20 Minutes of video.

What are "tags"?:

"Tags" are key words that identify your video on a search faster. For example, a video of the movie trailer of "Iron Man", can have the following key words: "movie trailer", "iron man", "iron", "movie", "action", etc. They are not obligatory fields but they useful for others to find your videos.

How long will my videos be on E.tv?:

If your videos meet the conditions and terms of use of of E.tv they´ll remain on E.tv forever! (unless you remove them. )

If I want to erase a video, how do I do it?:

You will be able to remove only the videos that you uploaded. In "My Videos" you have the option to erase the video. You can not erase videos of others, but if you consider a video to be offensive, you should inform us. A team of publishers will be in charge of revising all of the complaints.

I want to have the video in my website. What should I do?:

When you upload a video you´ll see a link that takes you to the video you uploaded. Paste it into your blog or site and you´ll be able to enjoy your video from your site.

I want to promote my business using videos in E.tv, is it allowed?:

Yes, we are thrilled to help your business. Let us know in which way we can improve or give more exposure to your videos.

I can´t see the videos clearly. What happened?:

It probably is because your internet connection is slow.

I cannot see any videos at all. What happened?:

The minimum requirements to see videos are:
Macroaverage Flash 7,0 Player or superior Navigator.
Internet Explorer (5 or superior), Firefox (1,1 or superior) or Operates (7,0 or superior).
Operating system: Windows 2000, XP, or also any last distribution of Linux

Can I upload erotic or pornographic videos?:

It is allowed to upload sexy videos but no nudity or pornography are allowed. A team of publishers watches and controls these type of videos are not uploaded. E.tv reserves the right to erase any video that doesn´t meet the conditions and terms of use.

Can I change my user name?:

No. Your user name will remain on E.tv always unless you want to erase your account or you don´t meet the conditions and terms of use of E.tv.

How I can erase my account?:

In order to erase your account you must go to "My profile" and click on "Terminating itself" after filling up a small optional questionnaire.
